Data, purposes and legal bases

• Contact details and enquiries, including information submitted through the web form: to store them privately, respond and take pre-contractual steps. Legal basis: the data subject’s request and, where applicable, performance of a contract.
• Client, owner and transaction data: to provide services, coordinate professionals and comply with legal, tax and anti-money-laundering duties. Legal basis: contract and legal obligation.
• First-party aggregate measurement: daily counts of page views, entries, routes, languages, sources, device classes and Google consent status. Approximate country, region and city are grouped by page, day and one-hour interval. If the host does not supply a city, the connection IP is looked up transiently in memory in a local DB-IP geographic database, without storing it or sending it to an external geolocation service. The city is an estimate of the connection and may be unavailable or inaccurate with mobile networks or VPNs. It uses no measurement cookies or local identifiers, stores no IP addresses or coordinates, and is not combined with Google, enquiry forms or other websites. Counts are retained for a maximum of 90 days. Purpose and legal basis: legitimate interests in measuring and improving this website without individual profiling.
• Technical and audience data: to measure website use through Google Analytics and, where configured, Google Ads conversion measurement. Legal basis: consent, which can be withdrawn through “Cookie settings”.

No automated decisions producing legal effects are made about website users.

Recipients and international transfers

Where necessary and legally supported, data may be shared with technology providers, advisers, lawyers, notaries, architects, financial institutions and public authorities. Google may process data outside the European Economic Area using mechanisms recognised by EU law, such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.

Retention

Enquiries that do not lead to a contractual relationship are retained for no longer than two years after the last contact. Client and transaction records are retained throughout the relationship and for the applicable legal periods, including tax, commercial and anti-money-laundering requirements.

You may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction, portability or withdraw consent by writing to hello@hernan-nogues.com. Additional identity information will be requested only where there are reasonable doubts. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency.

Security and children

Reasonable security and confidentiality measures are applied. This website is not directed at children under 14 and does not knowingly seek to collect their data.
