A Mallorca address at the top of Spain’s ranking

Camí des Salinar, in the municipality of Andratx, has been named Spain’s most exclusive street for buying a home in Idealista’s 2026 ranking. The study, published on 20 August, places the average asking price of the homes advertised there at €15 million.

The result was subsequently reported by national broadcaster RTVE and by the Balearic public broadcaster IB3. Mallorca occupies three of the first six positions in the national ranking: Camí des Salinar in Andratx, Carrer Mossa in Palma and Carrer Binicaubell in Palma.

What the €15 million figure means

Idealista explains that its study compares the absolute average asking price of the homes advertised on each street and includes only streets with a relevant minimum number of listings. It is therefore a measure of current asking prices, not an individual valuation, a record of completed sales or a claim that every home on the road has the same value.

Read correctly, the ranking offers something useful: independent market context for the scarcity and positioning of this part of the Andratx coastline. It confirms that Camí des Salinar competes at the highest level of Spain’s residential market.
