Documents required to sell a property
First: the written agency instruction
Before a property is marketed, the owner and agent sign a written agency instruction. We use the official form issued by the Balearic Government’s Directorate-General for Housing and Architecture. It records the property, price, fees, duration and whether the instruction is exclusive. Any additional condition must be expressly stated and accepted by both parties: we do not include hidden clauses or unexplained commitments.
For every property
For an apartment or community property
For land, estates or development projects
Confidential documentation
Documents are used only to verify the property’s position, prepare its marketing correctly and coordinate the transaction with the relevant professionals. Registry, personal and contractual documents are never published.
