Do I have to sell exclusively?
No. I recommend it to maintain one clear strategy. With your permission, I collaborate with other agencies in the API Baleares network.
What are your fees?
The usual fee is 5% plus VAT. We agree the amount and payment terms before starting.
Can I sell confidentially?
Yes. We can offer the property without public advertising and share information only with identified, financially qualified buyers.
